Scott Lien has been active in real estate development, investment and consulting since 2000 with experience spanning multiple sectors, disciplines, and geographies. He's managed $5 billion of real estate investment and development in the U.S. and Europe, including residential, office, hotel, and retail assets.
Most recently Scott worked for Vulcan Real Estate, a Paul G. Allen Company based in Seattle. At Vulcan, he helped advance over three million square feet of mixed-use development in Seattle's core. Scott also worked with Hammerson in London, one of the largest commercial REIT's in Europe. At Hammerson, he focused on commercial leasing and investment transactions in the UK and France.
Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Community and Environmental Planning and a B.A. in Political Science. He also holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Scott also spent a semester in the Netherlands studying land-use planning.
