Scott Lien has been active in real estate development, investment and consulting since 2000 with experience spanning multiple sectors, disciplines, and geographies. He's managed $5 billion of real estate investment and development in the U.S. and Europe, including residential, office, hotel, and retail assets.
Scott spent eight years with Vulcan Real Estate, a Paul G. Allen Company based in Seattle. At Vulcan, he helped advance over three million square feet of mixed-use development in Seattle's core. Scott also worked as an Investment Manager for Hammerson Plc in London, one of the largest commercial public real estate companies in Europe. At Hammerson, he focused on commercial leasing and investment transactions in the UK and France.
Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Community and Environmental Planning and a B.A. in Political Science. He also holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Scott also spent a semester in the Netherlands studying urban design and land-use planning.
