Conventional thinking often treats real estate as a static asset class. We approach real estate as a consumer product, one that benefits from thoughtful design, skilled execution, and continued attention.
We focus on emerging and walkable neighborhoods where people want to work and live. We look to fulfill a demand niche through emphasis on programming for design-conscious, budget-minded consumers. We believe this translates to tenant retention, improved neighborhoods, and better returns.
Kamiak offers its investors a transparent, long-term real estate investment platform. Our disciplined investment process, focus on design and programming, and dedication to timely divestment are the drivers of our equity return model.

We concentrate capital in neighborhoods with existing groundwork such as public transportation, local retail, and a strong community fabric. We integrate thoughtfully planned environments with emphasis on functionality and user comfort. Our goal is to create the highest quality niche residential and commercial product in every market in which we operate.
We approach real estate as a consumer product. We value design and a commitment to serving our investors and our tenants. Our primary focus is sourcing underutilized land and underperforming buildings. We target multifamily, office, retail, and industrial opportunities located in the Seattle metro area. Each of those opportunities must possess an identifiable and immediate value proposition beyond passive market appreciation.
We focus on the Seattle metro area. The region has a high-quality of living attributable to its neighborhoods and natural resources. Rapid population growth combined with existing land constraints requires higher-density real estate solutions.
We have spent the majority of our career in the Seattle market. We are considerate of its history but focused on its evolution.
Our investment strategy is guided by knowledge of our market, a dedication to producing quality products, and the advantages of institutional experience. Kamiak seeks to maximize value through each step of the process, from sourcing and repositioning, through asset management and disposition.
